Excellent service!!!!!!

I was looking for a towing service for the business I run and I was very pleased by the recommendation. I called and received a response immediately. The drivers kept in communication at all times with me. Big shout out to Hunter! And best of all prices compared to others in town can’t be beat!!! Great service and great employees!

I was traveling from Virginia to pick up material when the center support bearing on my Dodge Ram 3500 decided to fail ! I had to locate a reputable truck repair shop to look and see if they could repair it so I could make my 6 hour trip back home, when I walked into the main office everyone there was friendly and willing to help me, The receptionist Molly went to get a guy named Mike to take a look at my Truck, I had recently had foot surgery so getting around was tough, Mike came out and I told him my situation he quickly responded by saying he would take a look at it, because he knew I had a long drive and said he sure didn’t want to see me staying in a hotel so he’ll see what he could do, after checking the damage he said the driveshaft center support bearing was shot, I asked if he could repair it he said sure, he picked up the phone ordered the part and said we’ll have it out before they bring the new bearing, gotta say he wasn’t kidding he had the bad bearing out before the part arrived, Installed the new part, test drove it and had me back on the road in no time at all !!! What a pleasure to pull into a business meeting nothing but friendly helpful People willing to help you out, and even better to sit around waiting for Mike to be done the conversation with everyone was entertaining! I must say if you ever traveling and have an issue with your vehicle or need a Tow these guys are the ones you want to call !!! Thanks to Mike and everyone else, I made my long trip back home with my Truck riding better & smoother then when I brought it into this shop !!!! They are a 5 STAR OPERATION !!!!!

Car decided to die at the store so I called Mechanics Plus for a tow. Sean was super friendly and really fast. He got over to me in 20 minutes! Definitely recommend if your car is misbehaving!

Wow, I'm greatful to know this company exists. My car broke down on a main street at rush hour for a tow to my home...I called them because they were local. The dispatch told me 30 minutes...driver showed up in 30 minutes AND was professional. Definitely knew what he was doing.( most of the time when we need a tow truck on the fly it's stressful and aggravating ) not with this company! Shaun thank you for helping us out. Pricing is fair as well. Good luck with the new truck addition Again a wow and thankful 10 months later..that these folks are out here towing our old broke cars. Tyty so much for all yall do!

They work very well, pulled a D6C and cat 225. Their trucks are very nice and they did a very good job, the one guy Zack did a really good job, he knew how to do everything right and he did it very fast and easy. Smooth sailing that truck went down the road.

I got a flat tire on a dark, rainy Saturday night. Shawn was there within 30 minutes to change it for me. He was professional and answered questions I had about doing it myself in the future. He was knowledgeable and great to work with. Truly appreciative of him coming out and handling one of my worst fears as a woman.

Ryan was able to transport my trailer after becoming disconnected while driving. Super helpful and professional, definitely recommend!

I got stranded less than 3 miles from home when my cars battery died. After waiting for another company to come tow my vehicle Mechanics Plus came to the rescue all the way in Quakertown and got my car home safely. They were communicative and up front about their progress in getting to me and my driver was so kind and professional. 10/10 recommend this company if you’re in need of towing services!

The evening of August 31 (the day before Labor Day, 2025), my brother and I, with our respective family's, were driving back home from spending the day on our boat on Blue Marsh Lake when the boat trailer started making tremendous noise. We ended up pulling over on 222N very near to the original Clover Hill Winery location to find that all 5 lugs of one trailer wheels had come loose and wore down the wheel, lug studs and hub to the point that we could not safely continue. Mechanics Plus towing was recommended by one of 3 other tow companies that we called asking for help. Shawn Feiertag answered the call at Mechanics Plus and arrived within 2 hours of our call. He handled the situation with calm, poise, expert knowledge, and professional courteousness. He was totally sympathetic to our situation and was just glad to be able to help out. Shawn got us out of our jam and went above and beyond his call of duty in every respect. Look no further than Mechanics Plus for any/all of your roadside assistance needs especially at the most inopportune times. To top it all off, the price for the tow was beyond reasonable! It was downright cheap! We were expecting a bill 3 times as high! Thank you so very much, Shawn, for all of your help, availability, and understanding! A true "Guardian Angel" of the road you are!

Fast, and easy hookup of my Harley, brought it home in no time. Used them as a manager at Midas and will continue to use them as I go forward.

The evening of August 9, my wife's Corvette had to be trailered from the Allentown Rest Stop on PA 476 to Mt. Holly, NJ. Jesus Santiago was amazing! He was prompt, courteous, and took pains to be careful with my wife's car. We were very pleased with the service we received. Thank you, Jesus; we greatly appreciate you!!

They came out when nobody would for a tow when I had a flat at 630 at night on the side of 78. Jose did a great job. Thank you for getting me towed so I can go to work tomorrow.

Saved us last night! We got a flat tire a little outside of the Lehigh Valley and after our roadside assistance and the company they said they sent out never arrived, we frantically looked up who was open late on a Sunday, and Mechanics Plus Towing popped up! They were very calm and helpful on the phone and assured us that we were close enough that they could help, and then quickly arrived and drove us all the way to nearby our house to drop off the car, and then were so so kind to drive us the rest of the way home when we were trying to decide if we should walk or get an Uber. Truly above and beyond service, and the only bright helpful spot in an otherwise stressful and frustrating situation! Thank you so much!! I don't have much to compare to, but for the urgent evening weekend call and how far they ended up towing us, the price was very reasonable to me! I would have paid anything at that point :) but was pleased with the resulting cost!

My car was in a parking garage. I got three flat out no's from other towing services and one we can do it with 2 trucks and drivers but we currently don't have 2 drivers available. Sean got there and got it done. Perfect.

This towing company is the best!!!I had my new Chrysler 300 towed after an accident in Allentown that requested a tow from a very busy street.After 2 different tow companies could not do the job Mechanics plus was able to do a very difficult job.The kind, professional and very delicate with my beautiful car.These guys are the ones to call for a tow!!! Thanks for a wonderful job!

Ryan showed up in ten minutes to pick up my car. He was courteous and friendly, and he handled my car with care.

Shawn really helped me out in a pinch, he came out with his 60 ton Rotator and loaded one of my landolls with dead equipment to head back to Florida!
